FONW4 FAMILIES • GENERATION RISING • It’s just 5 days away—and we believe God has great plans for this weekend! FONW4 families is geared toward elementary age children and their parents (but plan to bring the whole family). Our prayer is to see families restored and refreshed by God -- will you be there? BREAKING FREE • Using an updated version of Beth Moore's classic study, Sarah Newby will help you break the chains that have you bound and learn to walk in freedom. This LifeGroup at Night will meet Tuesdays at 6:30pm in room F-Area 1-A. The study begins on September 7.
HAVEN WORSHIP • Join Paulette Phillips at Haven beginning September 15 for worship that will ignite your passion for God, teaching that will inspire your faith and ministry that will revitalize your spirit. Paulette will look at the names of Jesus from the Gospel of Mark in her study "Knowing Jesus". No matter your age or gender, Haven will help you face the practical side of life while nurturing your spiritual side as well. Find new friends, and a fresh perspective. Wednesdays at 10:30am in the Awaken Worship Center.

SINGLE & YOUNG ADULTS • Join us for a UT Football party as the Vols take on the Florida Gators on Saturday, September 18 at 3:00pm. We will be watching on the big screen in H-222. HOLY LAND TRIP • There will be a meeting with Pastor Ron immediately following the evening service on Sunday, September 12, in Guest Reception for those who have signed up for the Holy Land trip.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED • Denise Craig, Chief Financial Officer, is seeking a volunteer to serve as her part-time administrative assistant for 10-20 hours per week. Experience with Microsoft Office and a love for people are musts. BEREA BIBLE INSTITUTE • What is leadership? Who is a leader? More importantly, what is spiritual leadership? Beginning Sept. 7, Berea Bible Institute will offer the course, Spiritual Leadership - A Biblical Perspective. Dr. Alan Johnston will lead this class that seeks to provide insight into these questions. This course is for teachers, deacons, interns, staff members, pastors....and any person who has a serious desire to be all that God wants. We will meet for eight consecutive Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm. The class can be taken for Bible College credit or as a non-credit class.
